Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about JS Marketing and our services. Content, prices and packages may change over time; the details agreed in a written proposal take precedence over anything shown here.

Quotes and projects

Requesting a quote does not create a contract. Work begins only after we agree the scope and price in writing. Any timelines given are estimates and depend on the project scope and the timely supply of content and feedback.

Payments

For one-off projects, payment terms are agreed before work starts. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement.

Advertising spend

Advertising budgets are not included in management fees. Ad spend is agreed separately with you and paid directly to the relevant advertising platform (such as Google or Meta).

Liability

We take care in the services we provide, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
